Our Story
In the heart of Nea Moudania in the Northern part of Greece, a story of passion and innovation began in 2005. Apostolos Oroilidis and Christos Chatziioannidis, two visionary entrepreneurs with over 35 years each of experience in refrigeration and cooling, founded Euromac S.A. as a family-owned business.
They started off building and reselling industrial cooling and refrigeration systems for small and medium sized food companies. However, they quickly recognized a critical gap in the Greek food industry for innovative and more comprehensive yet affordable food processing solutions. This insight shaped their ultimate mission: to revolutionize professional food equipment solutions and become the largest food processing equipment distributor in Europe.
United by their shared passion for food processing excellence, Apostolos and Christos brought their extensive expertise to bear on transforming the Greek food market. Their deep understanding of both refrigeration technology and the practical needs of food businesses positioned them perfectly to develop solutions that would help local businesses thrive and compete on an international level.

What started as a small local Greek venture has blossomed into an international enterprise with more than 4000m² warehouse space, serving clients across Europe and the Middle East. We are self-sustainable and efficient and have installed 100kW of solar powered energy panels in our own roof and we gather rain water to flush our own toilets and bathrooms.
